TERMS OF SERVICE

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use Manifest with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the service.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us at support@manifest.cards if you think someone else has access to it.

You keep ownership of everything you add — your cards, your photos, your data.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, back up, copy, resize, reformat and transmit your content, but only as needed to: run the service, display your content back to you, serve any manifest you choose to make public, and operate the card scanning and grade estimation features. This licence extends to the infrastructure and AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, who process your content solely to provide the service to us.

This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already made in routine backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule.

We do not sell your content, and we do not license it to anyone for their own purposes.

If you make a manifest public, anyone with the link can view it. There is no public directory or feed — a public manifest is reachable only by the link you share, and you can make it private again at any time.

You must have the right to publish the photos you upload.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, that depicts or exploits minors, that promotes violence or self-harm, that impersonates another person, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We screen public manifests for objectionable material before and after publication, and we may refuse to publish, remove or restrict any content at our discretion.

Manifest has no messaging, comments or social features. Users cannot contact each other through the service. The only thing you can share is a link to a manifest you have chosen to make public.

To report a public manifest, use the report control in the app or email support@manifest.cards with the link.

Reported content is removed from public view immediately, pending review. We complete our review within 7 business days. Where a report is upheld the content stays down and we may suspend or permanently terminate the account that posted it.

We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Send notices to our designated agent:

Your notice must include: your signature (electronic is fine), identification of the work you say was infringed, the link to the material you want removed, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.

We remove material that is properly reported and notify the user, who may submit a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Manifest is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Topps Company, Panini America, Upper Deck, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Fanatics, PSA, Beckett, SGC, CGC, eBay, or any sports league, team or players’ association. All trademarks and card images belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

Market values, ROI figures and AI grade estimates are informational only. They are produced from third-party data and automated analysis, they are frequently wrong, and they do not predict what any grading company will assign or what a card will sell for.

Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or appraisal advice. Decisions you make about buying, selling, insuring or grading are your own.

Some links in Manifest — including listings surfaced by Card Hunt and Find Another — are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission does not influence which listings we show you.

Pricing, sales and listing data comes from third parties including eBay and PriceCharting. That data is theirs, is subject to their terms, may be delayed or incomplete, and may change or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee its accuracy and are not responsible for it.

Paid tiers renew automatically at the then-current price for the same term until you cancel. Your subscription term, price and renewal date are shown before you pay and in your account.

Subscriptions purchased on the website are billed through Stripe. Cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions purchased through an app store are billed by that store, not by us. Renewal is charged to your store account within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by that store under its own rules — we cannot issue them.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial periods. If we raise prices, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you can cancel.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape or bulk-download it, resell or redistribute our data, reverse engineer the service, use it to build a competing product, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JAH SERVICES LLC and its members, officers and contractors from any claim, loss, liability or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of content you upload or publish, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of anyone else’s rights.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and features may change or be discontinued.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, VALUATIONS AND GRADE ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAH SERVICES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR COLLECTION VALUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, your manifests, cards and photos are deleted; backups are purged on a rolling schedule. We keep records the law requires us to keep, such as transaction records for tax.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Where we close your account without cause and you have paid for an unused period, we will refund the unused portion.

The sections on your responsibility to us, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive the end of your account.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. If you don’t, delete your account.

If you obtained Manifest through the App Store, the following applies:

• These terms are between you and JAH SERVICES LLC only, not Apple. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for Manifest and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Manifest.
• If Manifest fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to Manifest, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that Manifest infringes that party’s intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your home state that cannot be waived by agreement.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service.
